However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,You may return any item in its original condition, for any reason, within 10 days of receipt.

Once we have received the returned goods we can action one of the following options at your request.

Exchange or Replacement

You may return an item within 10 days of receiving it, please indicate on the separate returns form the reason for return.
The cost associated with the return shipment will be paid for by Buskers.

Exchange

Process a new order taking into account your request as indicated on your returns form, making any charges or refunds depending on the price different of the orders.

Replacement

If you would prefer a replacement rather than a refund please indicate on the returns form the reason for return and how we can help in finding you a replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you have received incorrectly shipped or damaged orders please accept our apologise and notify buskers within 5 working days of receipt. Please return the merchandise using our returns procedure and we will replace the item or give you a refund for the full amount.
